1) Service scope

Takook Multi-Services Inc. provides minor, non-structural, non-invasive residential services. We do not offer construction, renovation, or any work requiring permits or specialized licensing.

2) Request acceptance

Submitting a request does not mean it is accepted. We may refuse or cancel requests based on scope, safety, site conditions, and availability.

3) Limitation of liability

We are not liable for pre-existing defects, hidden issues, structural problems, or indirect damages. Any liability, if applicable, is limited to the value of the service provided.

4) Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, ensure safe access, and disclose known risks/conditions. Inaccurate information may result in refusal or additional charges.

5) Reviews

Reviews are optional and limited to customers who completed a service. We may decline to publish reviews containing abusive language, irrelevant content, or sensitive personal information.

6) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
